Once the P O is ready 70% advance payment is required to ready the work and 30% payment is deposit at the time of delivery at depo.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to location or external factors
We are not liable for delays caused by Third party courier services or unforeseen circumstances
Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery
7. Returns and Refunds
Due to the nature of handcrafted products:
Returns are accepted only for damaged or defective items while transact
You must notify us within [48 hours/3 days] of delivery with proof (photos/videos)
Approved refunds/replacements will be processed within [7] days
We do not accept returns for:
